2. User Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or create listings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Commercial & Dealer Accounts
Businesses operating as motor vehicle dealers, real estate agencies, or service providers must register via our Commercial Portal. Commercial users are subject to additional verification and licensing checks in compliance with local consumer protection laws.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Canberra Marketplace operates solely as an advertising and listing venue connecting buyers and sellers. We do not take ownership of items, guarantee listing descriptions, or act as an escrow provider unless explicitly stated in a verified service tier.
